Our hotel restaurant is very well evaluated, as one of the best in the Czech Republic. We use homemade products, from our butcher or from a farm which is nearby. We change menu several times a week. We daily offer many kinds of game. Quails, pigeons, partridges, pheasants, venison, deer, fallow-deer, wild boar, beef… Our favorite is duck breasts from Bordeaux and leg of lamb. Our supplier deliveres fish and seafood to our hotel 3 times a week – fish only fresh and wild: salmon, tuna, monkfish, sea bass, perch, cod, octopus, shrimps, green mussels, scallops st. Jacob. Favorites are oysters, crab legs or lobster, these delicacies must be ordered in advance. We do not buy eggs from hens living in cages, but only litter cereals or bio. For the same reasons, foie gras and frog legs are not available. Poultry we buy mainly from Bresse. Top quality is our obvious. We offer to our guests only what we eat and drink.
We serve breakfast from Monday to Friday 7:00 – 9:00, on Saturday and Sunday 8:00 – 10:00,
and dinner from Monday to Friday 17:00 – 21:00. Make a table reservation.
