Accommodation rules

The hotel accommodates only guests who register properly and hold a valid reservation. Guests are required to present a valid ID upon arrival; foreigners must present a valid travel document in accordance with the Law on stays of foreigners in the Czech Republic, and to fill out and sign the guest registration form.

If a guest does not prove their identity with a valid ID (national ID or passport), the hotel has the right to refuse accommodation, in accordance with the law on local fees for Czech citizens and the law on accommodating foreigners in the Czech Republic for foreign guests.

With proper registration, the guest has the right to temporary accommodation for the arranged period of time. The guest is provided with an entry code valid for the entire stay, giving access to the hotel during night hours. The guest may not, under any circumstances, share the entry code with others or let other people into the premises of the hotel.

Any additional person or visitor has to be announced and registered at the hotel reception.

Based on a confirmed reservation, the guest is accommodated from check-in time until check-out time. During this time the room is reserved for the guest unless arranged otherwise. If the guest does not arrive during the check-in time slot, the reservation is labelled a no-show and the guest is obliged to pay 100 % of the price as a cancellation fee, as well as all other booked services. If the guest does not check out within the arranged time slot, the hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees.

Accommodation is allowed only for people who do not suffer from infectious diseases and are not evidently under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The guest is prohibited from bringing dangerous items and substances into the hotel, including narcotics or psychotropic drugs, as well as any strongly malodorous items or substances.

The guest may not make changes to the layout of the room or move hotel furniture and equipment, nor manipulate electrics or other installations. Using one's own electrical appliances such as cookers, irons and similar is not permitted.

Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and similar devices is strictly prohibited in the indoor premises and subject to a fine. Manipulation with open fire is prohibited.

Accommodation with animals of any kind is not permitted.

Guests are requested to respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 7:00 and not to disturb other guests.

An unguarded hotel car park is available to guests for the duration of their stay; it is under recorded camera surveillance in case unusual situations need to be resolved. The hotel is not responsible for theft of or damage to vehicles left in the car park, and advises guests to make sure the vehicle is properly locked and not to leave valuables inside. The hotel is likewise not responsible for damages caused by a guest to third parties.

The hotel reserves the right to demand and charge for damage caused by the guest to hotel property, for missing or damaged equipment, and for cleaning in the event of excessive soiling.

The guest is obliged to observe these Accommodation Rules throughout the stay. If, despite a warning, the guest seriously violates the rules or good manners, the hotel is entitled to withdraw from providing accommodation before the end of the agreed period and has the right to full payment for accommodation and all other ordered services. The guest must then leave the hotel without delay and without the possibility of a refund.
